Meet the Instructor

Michelle Bolton

Pilates has been a passion of mine for many years. I originally completed my teacher training to deepen my own knowledge and understanding, never knowing where it would lead — until I taught my first charity class and completely fell in love with teaching. Since then, I’ve taught in various studios and delivered wellness events, including one at Aston Martin’s showroom, and I’m now excited to bring that passion into my own studio.

I’m friendly, love a good chat, and I’m usually the one with a funny story to tell! Most importantly, I love creating a welcoming space where everyone feels seen, supported, and genuinely cared for while enjoying their Pilates journey.

Mat Pilates

Our mat Pilates classes focus on controlled, low-impact movement designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all experience levels, each session combines precision-led exercises with intentional movement to leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and energised.

Reformer Pilates

Our reformer Pilates classes use dynamic resistance-based movement to strengthen and tone the entire body while improving stability, mobility, and control. Designed for all levels, reformer sessions deliver a full-body workout that challenges both strength and endurance in an elevated studio environment.

Reformer & Mat Heated

Our heated Pilates classes are designed to elevate your practice, improve muscle flexibility, enhance muscle activation, increase endurance and support recovery. The heat helps your body move more freely, allowing for deeper stretches, improved mobility and a greater mind body connection. Expect challenging yet low-impact classes that strengthens core, builds strength and leaves you feeling refreshed, empowered and revitalised.
